01Strategy call. I learn your business, your offer, and what a genuinely good lead looks like for you.
02Tracking check. Before anything launches, I verify your pixel and conversion tracking are actually firing. Bad tracking makes every number after this meaningless.
03Campaign build. Strategy, targeting, and 3 to 5 creative variations built to compete against each other from day one.
04Learning phase, days 1–14. Ads go live and Meta’s algorithm starts learning who to show them to, while your creatives compete for data. Pulling budget or killing a creative early resets that learning and wastes the data already spent gathering it. I watch daily, but no verdict gets made until day 14.
05Day 14 verdict. Every campaign and every creative gets scored against real ROAS thresholds: scale what’s winning, kill what’s not, fix what’s close. You get the numbers and the reasoning behind the call.
06Ongoing optimization. Winners get scaled, losers get replaced with new creative, and you get a report every week showing exactly where things stand.
